About the Role

As a Full-Stack Laravel Developer, you will build and maintain web applications that balance performance, security, and exceptional UX. You will collaborate with designers and engineers to ship production-grade features end to end.

You will work on API design, backend services, and frontend implementation using modern CSS and JS patterns. You will contribute to code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.

Responsibilities

✓ Build and maintain Laravel applications and RESTful APIs.
✓ Implement responsive UI with Tailwind CSS and modern JS patterns.
✓ Write clean, reusable components and maintain consistent code style.
✓ Optimize performance, caching, and database queries when relevant.
✓ Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces.
✓ Participate in code reviews, testing, and release readiness checks.
✓ Debug production issues and implement durable fixes.
✓ Contribute to technical documentation and engineering standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Laravel and modern PHP development.
• Strong understanding of MVC patterns, routing, middleware, and validation.
• Experience building REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Git workflows and collaborative development.
• Ability to write maintainable code and communicate design/implementation trade-offs.
