About the Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will enable engineering teams to ship reliably and safely. You will design CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and production observability for modern cloud-native systems.

You will work closely with application teams to improve reliability, deployment velocity, and operational maturity.

Responsibilities

✓ Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple projects and environments.
✓ Automate infrastructure provisioning using infrastructure as code tools.
✓ Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging for production systems.
✓ Harden security practices for secrets, IAM, and network configurations.
✓ Support containerization and orchestration workflows (Docker/Kubernetes).
✓ Improve incident response runbooks and on-call readiness.
✓ Partner with engineers to resolve reliability bottlenecks and performance issues.
✓ Drive cost optimization with measurable reporting and recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and core services.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, networking basics, and scripting.
• Experience with Docker and at least one CI system (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Jenkins).
• Understanding of monitoring tools and metrics-based troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
