About the Role
As an AI Research Intern, you will explore applied research topics in LLMs, retrieval, evaluation, and agent architectures. You will work alongside senior engineers and contribute to experiments that can be productionized.
This is a hands-on role with strong mentorship, clear research goals, and opportunities to publish internal findings and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- ✓ Implement experiments in Python for model training, evaluation, and benchmarking.
- ✓ Explore RAG techniques, prompt patterns, and retrieval strategies for reliability.
- ✓ Run systematic evaluations and present findings with clear metrics.
- ✓ Contribute to prototypes that demonstrate practical business value.
- ✓ Document experiments and produce reproducible results.
- ✓ Collaborate with engineers to align research with product constraints.
- ✓ Stay updated with relevant papers and share summaries with the team.
- ✓ Support internal demos and proof-of-concepts when needed.
Requirements
- • Strong fundamentals in machine learning and statistics.
- • Proficiency in Python and basic experience with ML libraries.
- • Comfortable reading papers and implementing ideas.
- • Clear communication and curiosity-driven mindset.
Nice to Have
- + Experience with PyTorch and NLP tooling.
- + Familiarity with embeddings and vector databases.
- + Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
